She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Collins and Georgia Collins; her parents-in-law, Frank and Agnes Gann; and her brother-in-law Robert "Bobby" Gann.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Gann; her children, Tracy Jett (Kevin) and Chad Gann; her grandchildren, Lindsey Jett (Colin Vanhorn), Taylor Jett (Loren) and Sarah Gann; and her great grandchild Skylar Vanhorn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
