It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Crittenden (New Market, Tennessee), who passed away on March 20, 2018, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Alice C. Crittenden and Shirley K. Davis; and her uncle Frank Davis. She is survived by: her parents, Melissa Hazelwood Kelley (Scott) and Douglas W. Crittenden (Kathy); her uncles, Donnie Hazelwood, Jerry Hazelwood and Roger Butry; her significant other Brett Powers; and also, Caesar Carlos and Oliver.
