He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Scarlett and Bobbie Scarlett. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Scarlett; his children, John Ryan and Jackie Scarlett; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Susan Scarlett; his nephew Justin; his niece Jo Beth Scarlett; his aunt Frances; his uncle Joe Cunningham; and his cousins, Pam and Mike Cunningham.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home - Jefferson City (411 W Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the New Market Cemetery (1063 Piedmont Rd, New Market, TN 37820).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Ag in the Classroom and other agricultural education funds.
