He was predeceased by: his brother Jimmy Case; his grandparents, Paul, Ruth Case, Charles and Margaret Devotie; and his father-in-law Larry W. Knowles.
He is survived by: his wife Carla F. Case; his parents, Jim Case and Ethel Case; his sister Amy Johnson (Doug); his nieces and nephews, Josh Gilliam (Sue Ann), Whitney Gilliam and Jessica Gilliam; his great-niece Kaylynn Gilliam; his mother-in-law Eva Knowles; and his nephews, Zachary and Jeremiah. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.
