It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie H. Carter of New Market, Tennessee, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Carter and Alice Carter; his children, Denise Bowers and Jackie D. Carter; and his sister Wilma Whittington (DWayne).
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Carter; his children, Tonya Ladd (Monk), Shelly Anderson (Jeff), Michael Carter (Janice) and Scott Carter (Alisha); and his brother Don Carter (Marcia). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
