He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Faye Elmore; his daughter Theresa Hickey; his parents, Lee Elmore and Mattie Elmore; and his brothers, Lamon, Johnny and Bill Elmore.
He is survived by: his sons, Ralph Parrot, Mark Elmore, Bill Elmore, Sam Elmore and Matthew Elmore; and his grandchildren, Jerimiah Elmore, Mark Elmore and Ashley Elmore. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
