He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Kivett and Lee Kivett; his sister Tonya Kivett; and his sister-in-law Vickie Kivett. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Kivett; his daughters, Kayla Humbard (Keith) and Elizabeth Smith (Daniel); his grandchildren, Brayedon, Mattie Babb, Sawyer Humbard and Bradley Smith; and his brother Tony Kivett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
