He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Kuykendall (Mark) and Angela McCampbell; his grandchildren, Scott Kuykendall (Lacey), Brittany Hoover (Spencer) and Chad Kuykendall; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Eli Kuykendall, Houston Hoover and Katelyn Mitchell; and his siblings, Jeanette Collins, Martha Cox, Margie Gann, Charles, Donald and David McCampbell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
