He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kyte; his daughters, Jennifer Kuth and Laura Wall; his grandchildren, Sara Kuth, Joshua and Levi Wall; his siblings, Tim Kyte (Pam) and Susan Johnson (Danny); and his uncle Kenneth Thornhill. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
