He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Spencer; his children, Tony Spencer (Debbie), Donald Wesley Spencer and Brent Spencer (Amy); his grandchild Devin Lloyd Spencer; and his brothers, Jimmy Spencer and Jay Spencer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
