He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bart, Sr. and Sally Lockhart Seals; his sister-in-law Janice Banks Malone; and his father-in-law Wallace Banks. He is survived by: his wife Connie Banks Seals; his sons, Chad Seals (Melanie Gregg) and Tanner Seals (Mary); his sisters, Vickie Kowalsky (Norbert) and Paula Ausmus (David); his mother-in-law Ruth Banks; his granddaughters, Cassidy Seals, Kynleigh Seals and Emery Caroline Seals; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Wells (Toby), Tricia Bowlin (Jeff) and Ronnie Banks (Johnette). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
