It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denver Odell Atkins of New Market, Tennessee, who passed away on October 12, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Margie Atkins; his parents, William Atkins and Jessie Atkins; his stepmother Cleo Atkins; and his siblings, Morris, Curtis, Carson, Donald, Doug, Evelyn, Dorothy and Helen.

He is survived by: his children, Denna Hornby (Jim Hack), John Atkins (Michelle) and Rebecca Smith (Keith Cannon); his grandchildren, Luke Hornby, Sarah Atkins, Tyler, Kaitlyn Smith, Aurora, Dakota Atkins, Courtney Collins and Joshua Collins; and his siblings, Jerry, David and Betty.
