He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Phelps; his children, Lisa Figliozzi and Timothy Phelps; his stepson Randal Kaufmann; his grandsons, Logan Phelps, Luke Filgiozzi and Jackson Phelps; and his siblings, Jane Herington and Robert Phelps.
