He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Howard and Beulah Hamilton Howard; his sister Alma Duck; his brother-in-law Bruce Duck; his brothers, Lloyd, Homer, Wesley and Ray; his brother-in-law Autry Lowe Sr.; and his nephew Ralph Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Trent Howard; his children, Doug Howard (Missy) and Pam Devotie (Steve); his sisters, Laverne Newman (Bob) and Eldora Lowe of Maryville; and his sisters-in-law, Joanne Howard of Knoxville and Carolyn Howard of Strawberry Plains. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Pleasant Grove Fielden Cemetery at P.O. Box 1102 Dandridge, TN 37725.
