He is survived by: his wife Jewell Hines Pike; his daughters, Linda Jones (Dale) and Teresa Mitchell (Lonnie); his grandchildren, Carmen, April, Laura and Heather; his great grandchildren, Chase, Maverick, Danica, Macallan, Colton, Lexie, Mitchell, Nathaniel and Jimmy; and his brother Wayne Pike (Martha). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
