He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene and Clifford Rines Sr.. He is survived by: his son Matt Rines; his grandson Josh Rines; and his siblings, Cathy Williams (Buddy), Mickey Eugene Rines (Linda) and Danny Rines (Pam). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
