Clay Lawson French Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clay Lawson French of New Market, Tennessee, who passed away on March 17, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay French, Sr. and Beatrice Johnson French; and his brothers, Billy Joe French and John David French. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hickman French; his daughters, Kimberly Stanley (Bobby), Mechelle Dockery (Alan) and Melanie Bissell (Mark); his grandchildren, David Grindstaff (Brittany), Amy Riner, Nicolas Grindstaff (Taylor), Bryce Bissell, Dylan Dockery (Lauren) and Nolan Bissell; and his great grandchildren, Khloe, Brayden, Tristen, Tinley Grace, Lydia, Lennon, Brooks and Addy Jo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
