He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Provencal; his parents, Ernest Provencal and Florence Provencal; and his siblings, Ronald Provencal and Marilyn Dulmaine.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Mclaughlin (James), Tammy Seals (David), Kelly Ann Smith (Ronald), Regina Kowalik (Edison), Tina LeMay and Donna Jones. He is also survived by grandchildren and grandchildren.
