He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Brooks and Mildred Brooks; and his father-in-law Trent. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Angie Jarnigan (Jeff), Valarie Huff (Dale) and Bobby "Joe" Brooks Jr. (Heidi); and his grandchildren, Christopher Foster (Emily), Madison Hinkle (Coedy), Haley Bolduc, Joseph Foster, Ava Rae Brooks, Hannah Bolduc and Parker Brooks.
