It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Ray Kearney of New Market, Tennessee, who passed away on July 31, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Kearney and Carrie Kearney; his wife Rachel Kearney; his son Matthew Kearney; his son-in-law Bill Adams; and his brothers, Buddy and Darrell Kearney.
He is survived by: his daughter Annetta Leann Kearney; his granddaughters, Jamie Moss and Danielle Kearney; his sister Ann Green (Dan); and his close friends, Don Kivett, Edna, Bill Nash, Kay Pinkston, Betsy Singleton and Molly Anderson. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
