Bill was predeceased by: former wife Janet Shirley. Bill is survived by: wife Janice DeEtte Shirley; children, Dale Shirley (Teresa), Brenda Renfro (Ron) and Sandra Hannahan (Mike); stepchildren, Ronald Alexander, Jackie Alexander and Marjorie Mae Alexander; and sister Janice Darna. Bill is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
