She is survived by: her husband Jack Penland; her daughters, Tammy Clotfelter Givens, Teri Clotfelter Rector and Traci Clotfelter Bales (Randy); her stepson Josh Penland; her grandchildren, Alley Rector, Beth Rector, Bella Sanchez, Tyler Bales, Lucas Bales and Tucker Bales; and her brothers, Roy W. Chapman III (Evelyn) and Fred Chapman (Amy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
