She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Ford (Chris); her mother Leona Collins; her husband Leon Whaley; her siblings, John, Matthew Collins and Ernestine Collins; and her grandchildren, Austin Ford and Juliana Ford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
