She was predeceased by: her parents, George Phillips and Fannie Brown Phillips; her husband Paul C. Blazier; and her siblings, Pauline Cox, Katherine Wheeler and George Phillips.
She is survived by: her stepson Kent; her daughter-in-law Jeanette Blazier of Kingsport, TN; her grandchildren, Michael Blazier of Ottawa and Rebecca Brown of Cumming, GA; her great grandchildren, Emily Brown Wilkerson, John Michael, Grace, Ian Brown, Desiree and Zachariah Blazier; her great great grandchild Kent Robert Yater; and her nieces and nephews, Ronnie L. Wheeler and Lonna Rhea Smith.
