He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey S. Simpson and Imogene Story Simpson; his brothers, Robbin Taylor and Harvey Simpson; his grandson Jarod Eden; and his caregiver Carl.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Simpson of New Johnsonville, TN; his sister Debbie Jean Whidden of Waverly, TN; his grandchildren, Jessica Eden and Jacob Upchurch; his great grandchild Elise Eden; and his sister-in-law Sally Simpson. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
