He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Chesley Pickard and Nellie V. Leegon Pickard. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Aller Pickard of New Johnsonville, TN; his sons, Tim Pickard, Mike Pickard (Karrie) and Phillip Pickard (April) of New Johnsonville, TN; his stepsons, Scott Bumpus (Tracy) and Brian Bumpus (Shelia) of Waverly, TN; his siblings, David Pickard (Barbara) of White Bluff, TN and Shirley Walker (Murriel) of Chapmansboro, TN; his grandchildren, Braeden Pickard, Blake Pickard and Broede Pickard of New Johnsonville, TN; his stepgrandson Ross Bumpus (Candice) of Oregon; and his stepgreat-grandson Charlie Bumpus.
