She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Stevens (Rita), Bill Stevens (Donna), Mary Lee Goodwin Waverly (Tommy) and Marty Curtis (Larry); her grandchildren, Trey Stevens (Lori), Jon Stevens (Elisha), Merideth Spencer (Rodney), Forrest Trotter (Alicia), Michael Curtis (Carrie), Garrett Wallace (Dustin) and Jenna Lee Stevens; her great grandchildren, Lindsay Hagstrom (Christian), Cory Patterson (Tonya), Zach Stevens (Erin), Keaton Spencer, Lyrin Trotter and Landree Trotter; and also Tommy Stevens.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Spina Bifida Association of America.
