He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Sceals, Dakota Upchurch (Emma), Kaycee Griffeth (Tyler) and Jacob Upchurch; his grandchildren, Vann, Ophelia, Ashton, Adalie and Arya; and his siblings, Scott Upchurch (Lori), Jimmy McClurkan (Tina), Lori Upchurch Pate (Jim), Jan Depriest (Tim) and Jamie McClurkan.
