He is survived by: his wife Audra Melton of New Johnsonville, TN; his mother Sheryl Cook Melton of New Johnsonville, TN; his children, Garrett Melton of New Johnsonville, TN and Carli Horstman (Chris); his brothers, Scott Melton and Jason Melton (Lena) of Georgetown, KY; and his grandson Cain Ingram of White House, TN.
