She is survived by: her husband Homer Collins of New Johnsonville, TN; her children, Kevin Hayes of Waverly, TN and Juana "Jo" Garner (John) of Dickson, TN.; her siblings, Tom White (Gretchen) of Oscoda, MI., Ann Freno of Waverly, TN and Tammy Harper of Waverly, TN.; and her grandchildren, Katalina Sowinski, Keiffer Hayes, Anthony Sowinski, Keilan Hayes and Breanna Hogan.
