He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Brooklyn Dawn Mullinax. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Mullinax; his sons, Eddie Mullinax (Shelly), Kenny Mullinax (Lisa) and Tim Mullinax (Carol) of Waverly, TN.; his grandchildren, Adam, Ashley, Elisha, Kayla, Josh and Austin; and his great grandchildren, Blakely, Addi, Elsie, Emma, Daxon, Beckham, Cason, Flynn, Gage, Delray, Beau and Enslie.
