She is survived by: her children, Austin Cummings (Amy) of Cleveland, TN and Tiffany Box of New Johnsonville, TN; her grandchildren, Jacob Cummings, Tinley Cummings, Rosalean Box, Eli Box and River Box; and her siblings, Carol Fortner of Waverly, TN and David Cagle of New Johnsonville, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
