He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lynn Sizemore Culp of New Johnsonville, TN; his children, David Culp (Jessica) of New Johnsonville, TN and Fallon Culp of Waverly, TN; his stepchildren, Rueben Box of Hurricane Mills, TN and Brittany Box of New Johnsonville, TN; his brother Jimmy Culp (Connie) of Washington; his half-brother Larry Culp of Illinois; his daughter Kristie Levi of New Johnsonville, TN; and his grandchildren, Dalton Werfel Culp, Ashton Culp, Sawyer Culp, Aaron Culp, Brently Carlton, Ryder Carlton, Chase James and Zadie James.
