It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Baxter Garner Potter of New Johnsonville, Tennessee, born in Hickman, Tennessee, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludie Arminta Estes and Willie Baxter Potter; his wife Pearl Potter; his stepson Jimmy Reed (Kathy); and his siblings, Grover Potter, Ruth Arthurs and Leta Luther.
He is survived by: his son Don Potter (Cyndi Oliver) of Gulfport, MS. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
