He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert R. Cook and Jenny Ann Granger Cook; and his grandparents, Thomas and Margaret Granger. He is survived by: his wife Marion May Cook of New Johnsonville, TN; his children, Robert "Bob" Cook (Fay) of Millbrook, AL, Thomas "Tom" Cook of New Johnsonville, TN and Alicia Ann Cook Mitchell of New Johnsonville, TN; and his grandchildren, Robert, Nicholas, Albert, Amanda, Thomas, Michael, Matthew and Krissy. He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donation be made in memory of Albert to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
