She is survived by: her sister Gwynn Washington of Chicago, IL; her nephews, Stephen Washington of Atlanta, GA, Christian Washington (Adriana) of Chicago, IL and Eric Washington of Chicago, IL; her niece Lauren Washington of Chicago, IL; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Noah, Noelia, Zion, Violet and Elijah; her brother-in-law Stanley Washington of Chicago, IL; her friend Leroy Powell of Nashville, TN; her cousins, Dr. Jenelle Martin of Atlanta, GA, Terry Gash of Cleveland, TN, Rev. Sam Hall (Beaulah) of Cleveland, TN, Linda Avila of Cleveland, TN, Rev. Brenda Ware of Cleveland, TN, Odie Martin (Angela) of Columbia, TN and Terri Pichon of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; and her caregiver Wanda Mays-Sales.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Highland Hills Funeral Home & Crematory (2422 Brick Church Pike, Nashville, TN 37207). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Greenwood Main Cemetery (1428 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN 37210).
