She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Curtis and Armeta Curtis. She is survived by: her husband Rickey Smith; her children, Tony Caldwell, Chris Caldwell, Pam Rahman, Angie Wair (Bruce) and JJ Lockridge (Jerry); her brother Randy Curtis (Amy); and her grandson Tony Russell. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
