He is survived by: his children, Chandra Taylor (Anthony) and Kelvin Sales (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Brittany, Taylor, Gianna Sales and Christopher Sales; his siblings-in-law, Jacqueline Burnside (Virgil), Willie Webb, Lewis Grisby Jr. (Michelle) and Larry Grisby; his friend Thelma Richardson; and his nieces and nephews, Shirley Edmondson, Cassandra London, John Sales Jr. and Eazil Sales. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Highland Hills Funeral Home & Crematory (2422 Brick Church Pike, Nashville, TN 37207). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Calvary Memorial Park (4411 Ashland City Hwy, Nashville, TN 37218).
