He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lyle Chambers and Rachel Harris Chambers; and his siblings, Lynda, John, Tommy, Brenda and Ginger.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Gary Chambers (Felicia) and Cheryl Chambers; his grandsons, Zachary, Tyler and Ian; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Yagle (Lois) and Jack Junkins (Ginger).
