He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Holbert (Matt Smith); his sisters, Sherrie Hyder (Rick), Pamela Haggard, Julia Frazier (Glenn) and Tina Sloan; and his grandchildren, Kinsley Smith, Jaida Smith, Lainey Smith and Eli Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
