He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Barbour (Betsy) of Nashville; his mother Eileen Barbour of Norfolk; his sister Ann Miller of Norfolk; his brother-in-law Paul Miller of Norfolk; and his brother John E. Barbour, Jr..
