He is survived by: his former wife Lavadia Brown Frank; his wife Linda Nicely; his brother Theodore Alfred Frank; and his children, Richard Frank (Pamela), Robert Frank (Suzanne) and Leah Frank. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
