She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Samuel Knox and Mamie Bernice Haynes; her husband Rev. Paul Calloway, Sr.; her brother David Pettigrew; and her son Byron Keith Calloway.
She is survived by: her children, Deirtra Coleman (John) and Paul Jr. Calloway (Sheila); her grandchildren, Ashley (Norlan), Celeste, Ken, Gentry, Kensi, Quinester and Paul, III; and her siblings, Dorothy (Ernie), Susie, Jessie, Sharon, Sandra, Sherron, Omega, Samuel and Neil. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
