She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Sherrod and Ida Sherrod; her husband Eugene "Gene" Harper; and her siblings, Nell Petty, Walfield Sherrod, Binkley Sherrod, Sidney Sherrod and Polly Ferrell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Eugenia "Faye" Evans (Fate) and Linda "Dianne" Yates (David); her grandchildren, Teressa Mooneyhan and Tabathia Parks; and her great grandchildren, Fate "Drew" Melton, Samuel "Logan" Melton, Abigail Elizabeth Parks and Charles C Parks IV.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Spring Hill Funeral Home (5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
