She is survived by: her husband Aubrey Lee Fields; her children, Audrey, Ricky, Michael, Herbert and Ruby; and her grandchildren, Rachel, Randall, Amber, Tiffany, Travis, Jake, Lauren, Blake, Haley and Hope. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
