He is survived by: his mother Sandra Lewis (Roger Duke); his sister Tammy Lewis (James Long); his nephew Jessie James Long; his nieces, Makayla Lewis-Long, Cali Long and Haley Long; his former wife Laura Lewis; his stepparent D'Adryan Mayfield; and his stepsiblings, Phillip Harrison (Brandi), Roger Duke, Jr. and Kimberly Carter.
