She is survived by: her husband Don Crutchfield; her sons, David Crutchfield (Shelly) and Michael Crutchfield; her grandchildren, Lindsay Taylor Betts (Hunter) and Riley Brooks Megran (Corey); her great grandchild Poppy Jane Betts; and her siblings, Jerry Stephens (Leigh), Delane Thornton (Tom), Curtis Stephens (Virginia) and Billy Stephens. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
