He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Keith Bains (Amy) and Lynne Leverette (Phil); his grandchildren, Brittany (Joel), Stephany (Joey), Dillon (Alexandria), Macy, Drew (Kylie) and Dyson; his great grandchildren, Archie, Palmer, Deacon, Marley and Leverette; and his niece Linda Ballou.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Harpeth Hills Memory Garden & Funeral Chapel (9090 TN-100, Nashville, TN 37221). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
