It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Frost Douthit of Nashville, Tennessee, born in Franklin, Tennessee, who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Frost and Ruby Frost; her son Danny Ozment; and her siblings, Harold Frost and Linda Frost Beck.
She is survived by: her sister Nell Beatey; her children, Donna Lynch (Billy), Debbie Evetts and David Ozment (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Michael Lynch (Brandie), Lindsey Magness (Stuart), Julie McWright, Chris Felker, Nick Felker (Rachel), Candace May (Mike), Brandon Ozment (Lindsey), Blake Ozment (Amanda), Hunter Ozment and Aiden Ozment. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel (5852 Nolensville Pk, Nashville, TN 37211). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to Heart of Mary House Hospice, 188 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN 37211 or Creekmont General Baptist Church, 5867 Washington Blvd Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
