With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Malissa Rutledge (Nashville, Tennessee), who passed away on November 26, 2019 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandmother Malissa Turner; her brothers, Calvin, Ronnie and Howard Rutledge; her aunt Juanita Ivy; and her niece Yvetta Rutledge.

She is survived by: her son Nelson Rutledge; her goddaughter Jamela Sawyers; her grandchildren, VyNell, Nia and MaNell Juan; her siblings, Bernice Murphy, Ann Guess, Valerie Emmett, Mayo Rutledge and Charles Rutledge; her great-niece Tamara Pruitt; her nephew Harry Guess; her godmother Doris Cannon; and also Antonio Pruitt. She is also survived by Many other friends and relatives.
